Professional Testing Inc. (PTI) develops, administers and maintains certification and licensure programs across a number of professions and industries. Specialized services include job analysis studies, third party accreditation, policy development, program audits for compliance with best practices, governance and management structures, market research and strategic planning. Professional Testing is also noted for its top notch services in exam development, including item development and analysis, cut score studies and item banking. For three decades, Professional Testing has administered over 1.2 million exams and maintained professional certification and licensure examination programs for 125 occupations.

Comms Multilingual is the leading translation solutions provider for Psychometric tests, assessments and exams. We offer a variety of services for our clients in this sector. We cover over 100 languages and offer both translation into the languages and back translation into English for quality review purposes.

In addition to test and exam translation and adaptation, we can also offer related services. Our Expert Reviewers (both Clinical and Industrial/Organisational Psychologists) are located in many countries around the world. These Reviewers are experts in assessing adaptations of test and exam materials to ensure that the tests and exams are acceptable and valid in their own countries.

Our Reviewers can also test assessments and exams out on a control group in their own countries and provide detailed feedback to our clients on the adaptation. This service is known as Cognitive Debriefing. If our clients need to have norms against which future test takers can be measured, we can offer Normative Data Collection in a variety of countries as well. We also offer multilingual typesetting (compositing), voice-recording and subtitling.
